The SharePoint Consultant will provide information technology consulting services for clients which include architecture, design, integration, and development of Microsoft SharePoint workflow solutions, dashboards, content management, enterprise search, and portal solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist our Account Executives on pre-sales activities with our customers including conducting product demos and architecting solutions that best meet the customers needs
• Conduct Microsoft SharePoint Pre-Deployment Planning strategy sessions with customers to educate them on the features and capabilities of MOSS 2007
• Act as SME for on the integration, design and development of MOSS 2007 solutions
• Create custom web parts, themes and site definitions within SharePoint
• Develop custom workflows using SharePoint Designer and Windows SharePoint Services 3.0
• Write code utilizing C#, ASP.NET, Visual Studio.NET
• Work with Business Data Catalog to integrate business data from backend server (SQL Server)
• Considers the possible impact on the customer when setting goals, taking action or when carrying out job responsibilities
• Responds to customers and colleagues with an appropriate level of urgency and responsiveness
• Takes personal responsibility to ensure customer satisfaction despite time pressures or significant obstacles

Requirements:

• Bachelor*s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or closely related field
• Extensive experience with Windows SharePoint Services, SharePoint Portal and MOSS 2007
• A minimum of five (5) years of application development experience with C#, ASP.NET and Visual Studio
• Experience with InfoPath 2007 highly desired
• Microsoft Certified Developer in .NET preferred
• Ability to provide consulting services to C-level IT Executives
• Candidates must be self-motivated and driven to deliver quality solutions
• Willingness to travel to on-site meetings within the Southeast
